Working with an interior designer, PGR Projects managed the loving restoration and modernisation of this character apartment in Rushcutters Bay. The architraves, skirting, picture rails and floors were returned to their former warmth. Newly painted and a feature wallpaper accentuate the beauty of the timber.
A contemporary kitchen with marble splashback and abundant storage, and a marble bathroom add a hint of luxury.
