PGR Projects’ transformation of this Californian bungalow into a practical modern family home is completed by the addition of off-street parking. PGR Projects added a driveway and parking space in the under-utilised front garden, managing the development application and works.
The more tranquil rear of the house is where life happens with the light-filled open plan living space flowing out into the garden. A polished concrete kitchen island is a design feature and focal point for family life.
